# New Bookings

### A.Select new customer

customer can be easily added from here by providing necessary information hence user do not required to create from customer module.

### B.New Booking

Follow below listed steps to create new booking successfully.

**Step 1     -**      Create customer or select customer.

**Step 2    -**      Select Pick up and drop off date & time.

**Step 3    -**      Select vehicle. <mark style="background-color:green;">**(Only active vehicles are visible.)**</mark>

**Step 4    -**      Select Driver. <mark style="background-color:green;">**(Only active drivers are visible.)**</mark>

**Step 5    -**      Select no of travellers.

<mark style="background-color:green;">**( User can  add a number of travellers up to its vehicle capacit,y which has been set while creating vehicle types.)**</mark>

**Step 6    -**    Add pick-up and drop-off address.

**Step 7    -**    Add a relevant note if applicable.

**Step 8   -**    Add a user-defined field.

**Step 8   -**      Add a user-defined field.

**Step 9   -**      Click on round trip and enter drop-off date and time if required

**If the round-trip option is selected, both the vehicle and the driver will be occupied and unavailable for other bookings during the selected timeframe. They will become available again once the current booking is completed and the driver and vehicle interval has ended.**

**Step 10   -**   Click on Save Bookings.

> ### <mark style="color:blue;">**User can have the option to establish time interval for booking same vehicles and drivers from**</mark>**&#x20;SETTINGS>GENERAL SETTINGS.**

> ### <mark style="color:blue;">**The vehicle and driver will then be reserved in accordance with the configured time frame.**</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">**After creating a booking, the customer will receive an email at their registered email address.**</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">**Once the Admin assigns a driver to the newly created booking, the driver will also receive an email.**</mark>
* **When a booking is canceled by the admin, both the customer and the driver will receive an email.**
* **When a booking is completed by the admin, the customer will receive an email with the booking confirmation and receipt**
