Group name User can see the newly created group here. Description If the user has added a description for a particular vehicle, they will be able to see it here. Vehicles: It shows the numbers indicating how many vehicles are assigned to a particular group. Users: It shows the number of users assigned to a particular vehicle group. Actions It enables the user to edit and delete the vehicle groups. ## **A. Add Vehicle Group**

* **Group Name** Enter the Group Name such as Petrol, Diesel Vehicles * **Description** Enter the description if required * **Note** Enter a note for the particular vehicle group, if required. Click on the Create Group Button ## B.Manage Vehicle Group Manage vehicle group includes : **o** Add vehicle group **o** Apply search and multi search **o** Show entries (10,25 & 100) **o** Delete and multi delete vehicle group

### C. Action - Setting The user can have options to edit or delete the recorded vehicle group.
