# Email Notifications

**Before enabling email notifications for the first time, you must have to set the email configuration in `PROJECT_FOLDER/framework/config/mail.php`**

The admin needs to activate Email Notifications in order to send various emails to multiple users simultaneously.

The admin should follow the steps outlined in the image below.
