Customers ( End - Users)
A. Add Customer
Admin can add and save customer details from backend. Admin can enter customer details like first name, last name, phone number, email, address and gender.
Additionally, the admin can assign the customer to an organization while creating the entry and set a monthly limit for the customer.

B. Manage Customer
Import Customers - Bulk Upload with Organization Selection
Download the sample Excel file and arrange customer details accordingly. This feature allows you to add multiple customer records in a few seconds, with an option to select and assign an organization during import.

Show Customer's Entries
Here admin can see the list of customers according to your requirements like 10, 25, 50 and 100.

Search Customers
By clicking on the search box, you can search for customers by their name, email id or account creation date.

Delete multiple or all customers
admin select multiple or all customers, to delete customers according to their needs.

Multiple Search
admin can search in multiple fields for specific data.
Example: You have multiple customer named "Test" but you want to find the name "Carlos" who has a Yahoo ID. The system will generate below result.
This way, you can use the multiple field search options.

Arrange Customers In Ascending Or Descending Order
admin can view customer’s details in ascending or descending order according to their needs.you can apply in ascending or descending order of name, email, phone number, gender and address.

C. Action -
Setting

Edit Customer
Edit customers that are already added in the system. Admin can edit customer details like first name, last name, phone number, email, address and gender.

Additionally, the admin can manage organization-related details:
Select Organization – Assign or update the organization for the customer
Monthly Limit – Set or modify the spending limit for the customer
Amount Used – Displays the total amount already used by the customer
Available Balance – Shows the remaining balance based on the monthly limit
The admin can update and save all changes as required.

Change Customer Password
Admin can change a customer's password whenever it is required.
The password is changed from here; it will also be changed in Firebase.

Delete Customer
Admin can delete or remove customers from its records.

Approval Status
A new update allows the admin to manage customer approval status based on organization verification.
This status is applicable only for customers who are assigned to an organization during add or edit.

Status Options:
Verified – Customers are approved and can access organization-related benefits and services.
Rejected – Customer is not approved and cannot access organization-related benefits.
Not Verified – Customer is pending verification and approval by the admin.
